The Citizens Democratic Alliance (CDA) has commenced its nationwide membership registration, effective Sunday, 26th July 2026, marking another significant milestone in the party’s commitment to building a modern, technology-driven political movement.
According to a statement signed by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Citizen Umar Abdulrazaq, the party has launched its official online membership registration portal, https://cda.org.ng/register, providing “Nigerians with a seamless and secure platform to become members of the Citizens Democratic Alliance from anywhere in the country.”
“Beyond registration, the portal forms part of the CDA’s integrated Management and Administrative System, designed to promote efficiency, accountability, and transparency in party administration,” Abdulrazaq stated.
Through the platform, “members can register online, access their digital membership cards, update their profiles, pay membership dues and make donations, as well as communicate directly with the National Secretariat by submitting complaints, suggestions, and observations.”
The system also strengthens the party’s internal administration by “supporting membership management, financial accountability, official communications, and other administrative functions, reflecting the CDA’s vision of leveraging technology to build strong democratic institutions.”
“The Citizens Democratic Alliance invites all Nigerians who believe in progressive governance, accountability, justice, and national development to join the movement by registering through the official portal and becoming part of a new generation of responsible political leadership,” the party declared.
“The future of Nigeria begins with citizens who choose to get involved. Join us,” the statement concluded.
