Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has arrived Rivers state following the cessation of the state of emergency rule.
Fubara arrived at the Port Harcourt International Airport at about 11:50 a.m. on Friday and was greeted by a crowd of supporters who had earlier converged at the VIP wing of the Port Harcourt International Airport, awaiting his arrival.
A video shared by Channels TV showed the crowd erupt with joy the moment he alighted the private jet, while he waved.
