Sale of Polaris Bank to SCIL: CBN defends transaction
The Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, yesterday explained that Polaris Bank was sold to Strategic Capital Investment Limited, SCIL, because it offered the highest financial bid of N1.355 trillion.
