DSS connects Mamu to international terrorist sects

The Federal High Court, sitting in Abuja, yesterday, gave the Department of State Services, DSS, permission to further detain the Abuja-Kaduna train kidnap negotiator, Mr. Tukur Mamu, for 60 days.
