LEADERSHIP Governor of the Year: Gov. Peter Mbah Deserves His Laurels

On behalf of the good people of Nkanu West Local Government Area of Enugu State, I write in admiration of, and to extol the excellent sectoral interventions of Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah in Enugu State, such that has steadily made him a celebrated and highly decorated Governor in Nigeria.

Adding to his laurels yet again is his emergence as the LEADERSHIP NEWSPAPER Governor of the Year.

Your Excellency’s magnificent strides in the entirety of Enugu state is such that the blind can see it, the deaf can hear it and the dumb can speak of it. The recent flag-off of the construction of 17.32km roads in Nkanu West LGA; the flag-off of the construction of a modern, state-of the art 300-bed hospital within Enugu metropolis; the implementation of the promised new minimum wage of N80,000 above the nationally approved N70,000 and the very recently secured $100m FDI to boost water infrastructure in the state are indicators of the make-up of an uncommon transformer, whose style of governance is business unusual and who has brought tomorrow closer today.

We all in Nkanu West are proud of Your Excellency’s achievements and wish you the strength of character and purpose to do more.

Congratulations Your Excellency. Indeed our Tomorrow is Here.

Hon. John C. Ogbodo
Executive Chairman, Nkanu West LG.
