Rangers FC Back Super Eagles, Ilechukwu to Win 4th AFCON Title

The management board and staff of Rangers International Football Club, have expressed unwavering support for the Super Eagles of Nigeria as they continue in their quest for the fourth AFCON title at the ongoing African Cup of Nations in Morocco.

The Super Eagles squad led by Eric Chelle and other experienced gaffers including Fidelis Ilechukwu, Technical Adviser, Rangers International Football Club, have put up a stellar performance at the ongoing African Cup of Nations winning all three group stage matches and thrashing Mozambique 4-0 in the round of 16 to set up a crunch match against Algeria in the quarter finals.

The General Manager/CEO of Rangers International Football Club, Barr. Amobi Ezeaku, expressed optimism that the Super Eagles will make Nigeria proud by bringing home the trophy.

He also enjoined staff and fans of Rangers International Football Club to rally around Super Eagles of Nigeria and Coach Fidelis Ilechukwu, as they continue to fight for glory in Morocco.

“The Super Eagles is the cord that binds our differences, the team unites over 200 million people with different religious beliefs and personal idiosyncrasies.

“We are proud of them for the results so far. We are also delighted to have our Technical Adviser, Fidelis Ilechukwu, as a member of the coaching crew.

“A win for the Super Eagles is a win for us at Rangers and a win for Nigeria as a whole. We hope that trophy returns back to Nigeria.”
