The Immediate Past Chairman, Nigerian Society of Engineers, Enugu Branch, Lady Engr. Uchenwa Nebiem Ujam, PhD, FNSE, FNIEEE, has congratulated the Enugu State Commissioner for Gender Affairs and Social Development, Mrs Ngozi Enih, on the occasion of her birthday.
